The principles of analysing waters briefly explained, and Cock's lodge water analysed: Being the substance of a lecture, by Dr Wilson and Dr Hall, on these subjects. This small treatise is calculated for furnishing any gentleman with a simple, easy, and certain method of discovering the quality of any water in his grounds or neighbourhood, that he may be desirous of examining; and contains some remarks, tending to render the principles of the analysis of waters perfectly intelligible, which are not pointed out by the generality of chemical writers.
